Dear Friend,

As you know, any process that can convert insurance claims into cash dollars easily, predictably, consistently, and cost effectively is the holy grail for injury claimants.

But there's a problem.

Two, actually.

Here they are:

First, these types of legal processes are incredibly complex to build.

Second, you can't help but wonder...

Will It Really Work For YOUR Claim?

And if you are asking yourself that question right now, it means you're smart.

And I'll tell you something most "legal experts" won't:

There's no such thing as a "one size fits all" legal approach to resolving personal injury matters.

Here's why:  Your claim and your situation is different.

You have your own unique financial considerations, your own unique medical considerations, your own unique employment considerations, your own unique future plans.

So anybody that tries to tell you that "this is gonna be easy, this is gonna be great!" without taking the time to really understand exactly the SPECIFICS of your claim is either treating you as a cash cow or is blindly naive.

And that's why we are going to review your claim and give you a customised CLAim management blueprint, for free.

Here's Why I'm Doing This.

It's simple.

I know that a certain percentage of people we do this for will want us to run their whole claim for them.

But rather than try and convince you of how great that would be, I figure I'd just demonstrate that I can help you by...actually helping you.

For free.

Here's How We'll Do It.

I've set aside some time to have our office personally review your accident, your injuries, your current income streams,  and your future plans.

Next, we'll work with you to determine your claim outcome, how much money will be involved, and how soon it will be paid to you.

After that it's time to get to work.

Based on what you tell us...

We'll give you a custom "claim management blueprint" of a complete series of integrated steps specifically for your claim, FREE.

And I believe that once we do this for you, one of these three things will happen:

1. The first possibility is that you will love the blueprint, you will  immediately see the power and the potential it has for your situation, and you will decide you want to run your claim yourself.

If that's the case, great!  I'm happy we could help and I wish you the best of luck.

2. The second possibility is that you don't like the blueprint and you think your time has been wasted. This has literally never happened before....but if it does, I'll immediately send you a Coles Myer Gift Voucher of $100 to compensate you for wasting your time.

3. The third possibility is you love the blueprint and you want our office to actually run the entire claim process for you.

And if that's the case, we'll get to work immediately.

Here's What Happens When We Decide To Work Together.

First we take the CLAIM MANAGEMENT BLUEPRINT we gave you....and actually start to implement it's steps, based on that very plan.

We do all the legal stuff like making sure all statutory limitation dates are  complied with and all of the legal hurdles the Insurer has imposed on you to bring a claim are overcome.

We make your claim compliant.  We make sure your NOAC (Notice Of Accident Claim) Form is lodged correctly and that the police report and medical reports are accepted by the Insurer as relevant evidence in your claim for compensation.

If necessary we will engage specialist experts on your behalf to prove you were not at fault.  This could be road traffic engineers, automotive engineers, building engineers and so on.  We will get their expert opinion as to what caused your accident if there is some suggestion it was partly your fault.

Then we begin to work out the extent of your injuries. We arrange specialised medical appointments to get an "expert opinion" on how the injuries have limited your daily enjoyment of life  - and more importantly, your ability to carry out your chosen career(s) to your retirement.

When we have gathered all of this evidence we tie it all together and "dollarise" the cost of the accident to you - from the date of the accident to the end of your life!

We just make sure it all fits together and it works.

Finally we populate a "Heads of Damage Schedule" with monetary amounts calculated from the evidence - based on the very same templates, precedents and frameworks we have used in claims won for our own immediate family members against the Insurers.

This means all you have left to do in the whole claims process is:

  • attend one to two medical appointments;
  • have two or three meetings with us;
  • sign five or six documents;
  • and then let us know where we need to deposit your settlement money.

But that's just the beginning.

Here Are The "evidence Cogs" That really Drive Your Claim.

First of all, these are tested evidence gathering techniques that are literally the exact same methodology we personally use to resolve claims for our own families and for staff of the firm, and they're the same checklists we build and deploy for all private clients - over 3000 of them.

We won't just tell you what evidence you will need - we will tell you HOW to get it.

This way all you have to do is read through the checklist to get your own very compelling and indisputable evidence (no guessing what you will need to get or how to get it).

The first evidence cog we will go over with you is....

The Accident Evidence Cog.

All of the physical particulars of the accident need to be analysed and presented properly.

  • time of accident
  • location of accident
  • other party details
  • registration details of vehicles involved
  • reason for accident
  • police involvement
  • police reports
  • witness statements
  • dash cam evidence

This is crucial in determining "liability".

Next let's talk about...

The Medical Evidence Cog.

We need to know the extent of your injuries.

  • doctor's records
  • ambulance records
  • hospital records
  • records from ancillary treatment providers like physiotherapists and chiropractors
  • medical specialist reports

This evidence is crucial in determining the impact on your livelihood - what sort of work you will or won't be able to do in the future.

We will also discuss....

The Engineer's or expert's Evidence Cog.

Sometimes, if liability is in doubt over who or what caused the accident we will enlist the services of expert engineers.

They might be able to help prove things like

  • braking distance
  • road conditions
  • product failures

Investigating these matters might help clear your name of any fault towards the accident.

But we won't stop there.  We need to talk about the costs of things since the accident....

the Financial evidence Cog

We need to 'dollarise" the loss to you.

This is largely driven by the extent of your injuries and the lasting impact they will have on your life.

This lasting impact will be determined from speaking to past and present bosses, coworkers and, customers and suppliers.

  • were you in line for a promotion?
  • were you studying to get a better job?
  • were you a good worker?
  • did you have a bright future?
  • what had your career trajectory looked like to date?
  • was it expected to continue?

This is the "go to" cog for driving high offers from the insurer and increasing your chances of a very successful result.

the Character evidence Cog

Lastly we need to make sure the courts view you as a reputable person.

So we line up character evidence for you from:

  • community groups
  • community leaders
  • religious leaders
  • politicians
  • family
  • friends

We need to prove you are a good honest citizen who is totally believable.

these five Evidence Cogs are at the heart of our Invisible Legal machine...

Remember when I told you there's no such thing as a "one size fits all" process to manage an injury claim?

Well, there's not.

That's why there is no way we would give you these five evidence cogs and send you on your way.

The fact is, your situation is unique and your claims management process should be unique too.

That's why...

We use these Evidence Cogs To Create Unique Compelling legal Arguments.

We need to have answers for every question the insurer throws at us.

Every twist, every turn in the road.

Every red herring, every stall tactic.

By having all of the right evidence in the right place, we can proceed with vigour - not being worried about fake roadblocks and other red tape nonsense.

When we talk on the phone we'll give you a breakdown of what the whole claims process will look like from end to end for free.

That way you can see for yourself what it can do for your situation.

It's about to get better....

We also write and produce all Of the documents and Correspondence for You...to win your claim

We have over 3000 templates and precedent legal letters - to cover every single conceivable situation......and I mean every situation.

We integrate these precedents with the stages of your claim (dependent on the responses we get from insurers.)  We plug it all into the claim right where it belongs....for you.

When we work together, we're literally doing 99% of the work for you...so all you have to do is sign a few documents and have a chat on the phone with us occasionally, add your own feedback, and BOOM!  You're life is back on the fast-track!

All you need to do is to keep giving us the green light to keep forging ahead.

Everything else is done for you.

It keeps Getting Better.

Just because we run your whole claim and shield you from all of the legal jargon, correspondence and paperwork  does not mean we stop talking to you!

Far from it!

After our initial meeting we'll have a catch up phone call once a month where we go over exactly where your claim is at and what we will be doing next for you.  Its also a great opportunity to answer any questions you might have.

This way, you can rest easy knowing we've got your back every step of the way.

Oh, and in case you were wondering...

Here's How Much It Costs If You decide You want Us to Implement Your Free claim management blueprint and run Your Claim for You.

In the event we decide to work together after your initial free consult, we'll immediately start building your claim as described above.

You don't pay us a cent until we get the insurer to pay out on your claim.

This is called 'No Win No Fee', or 'No Win No Pay'.

But it gets better....not only do we speculate our fees until you get your compensation  we then make the Insurer pay the majority of our  legal fees!

The 'gap' between what the Insurer pays and what our fee will be is ALSO capped to a % of your total compensation.

The cost of  the legal technical advice, the legal compliance, the medical expert evidence gathering, the engineering expert evidence gathering, the financial analysis of your claim, the presentation of the evidence, the correspondence with the insurer and the negotiation of the final settlement amount  is all fixed to a percentage of your claim.

You may have heard of other legal experts taking most or nearly all of the claimant's compensation/money/payout .

Here's how we protect you against that....

We guarantee to limit our fee to 30% of your total payout figure.

Yes, that is a low fee.

I'm deliberately keeping it very, very affordable because I know that once we have settled your claim, you'll be a client for life.  We are not just a personal injury firm. We are a full service firm that does wills and estates, business law, tax law, family law and property law.  You might want to use us for that too if we don't gouge you on your personal injury claim.

The majority of our business has always come from repeat clients.

Anyway - as you can imagine, there is a HUGE DEMAND for this type of service, and at this rate I just mentioned, we'll hit our full capacity quickly.

So if you're interested...

Here's What To do Next.

First, let us give you a "taste" of what it's like to work together...for free.

And if you like that, then we can talk about accepting you as a client.

The way it works is simple.

You will be taken to a quick little questionnaire that helps us get prepared to help you when we talk.

Don't worry, it's nothing intrusive or complex.

We just ask what happened to you, what your future plans are, how much out of pocket you are after the accident etc.

This info helps us start working on blueprint ideas before we talk to you so as soon as we're on the phone, we can hit the ground running and make progress immediately.

then We Schedule A Time To Go Over Your Claim And Create Your Blueprint, FREE.

My office will call you and get you scheduled as soon as possible, typically no more than a day or two from when we first hear from you.

Don't worry, you're not going to hear from telemarketers or slick sales people or anything like that.

Chances are, you have already been engaging with us for a while...so you know we don't ring you to pester you.

Our entire business is very conservative.  The bulk of our 300 staff are traditional steady lawyers!  We have a very modern professional office located on three floors of Central Plaza One in Queen Street in Brisbane.

Our entire focus is to give you the best custom "claim management blueprint" for free, and let that experience speak for itself.

If you want to become a client after that, great.  And if not, no pressure.

Oh, and speaking of the blueprint.

Here's what Happens When We Talk!

You'll probably talk to me, personally, or the head of legal services (who's office is about 4 metres from mine.)

There are two things we do on the call:

First, we shut up and listen.

We find out exactly what happened to you in the accident (who caused it, how they caused it and what were the consequences).

We find out what injuries you received, what doctors you've seen, how much the police have been involved, how much time off work you have had, who is helping you with everyday tasks, how much your family has been affected, how much money you have been spending on treatment and medication, and everything else you want to tell us.

Then we find out what you want to do.

What your life goals are, how many lifestyle activities you want to get back to doing (like walking, swimming, golfing etc), what sort of job you want to be doing, how much time you want to be spending with loved ones, what compensation will mean to your financial future and so forth.

Basically, we're getting a snapshot of where you are and where you want to be.

Next we start to build the plan to get you there.

And that's where the Claim Management Blueprint process comes in.

The way that works is we'll "prescribe" a legal process and map it out for you...based on your current situation and your goals.

This is very, very important.

Like I've said a few times already - there's no such thing as a "one size fits all" claims process and anyone who tells you otherwise is delusional.

That's why we create a custom blueprint based on your specific situation (age, income, accident type etc )...and based on your specific goals.

Next: Using Your Free Blueprint.

There are two ways you can use the free plans we give you.

First you can run your claim yourself or hire another law-firm to do it.  If that's your decision, I'm happy we could help and we'll wish you the best of luck.

Your other choice is to have us run your claim on a no win no fee basis.

If that's your decision, we'll do all of the paperwork and lodge all of the legal forms mentioned above and  much, much more...meet you in person to better understand your situation and arrange all of the specialist appointments required, review all of the medical and engineering reports we get for you, and compile all of the financial data required to bring a fast, fair, fuss-free settlement to you....as well as keeping you up to date once a month with our every move on the file....all capped to 30% of the total payout figure you receive from the insurer.

But whatever you decide, please know there will be no pressure to become a client.

Here's the "Catch" You've Been Looking For.

It's simple.

We can't (and won't) talk to just anyone.

In order to invest our time and energy into providing you with a custom claim management plan, you need to meet some strict (but reasonable) criteria.

Here it is:

1. You must have had your accident in the last three years.

2. You must have been injured in the accident and have subsequently received medical treatment

3. You must have had your employment prospects altered as a result of the accident - reduced hours, time off work, reduced chances of promotion etc.)

4. You must be brutally honest with us.  We only work with "clean" people and refuse to help any fraudulent person in any way.

That's it.

As long as you're legitimate and have an actual injury caused by someone else in the last three years, I'd be delighted to help you....for free.

And if you get value out of the help we provide and want to become a client, that's great.

Ready to get started?

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to meeting you in person soon.

Sincerely,
